Nitasha came to me one day and really has enhanced my understanding of which I am so very grateful . Her deep and authentic style is based on a life study of this wonderful practice . She teaches at a pace which involves all levels and shows you how your breathe and body should be working together to enhance your physical and mental health. Nitasha has also taught me to be still and enjoy the mindful silence of the mind while also working on improvement of core strength and flexibility . I enjoyed the whole retreat, very informative, and emails on time, everything was clear and well prepared.recipes, yoga classes the videos every thing was so perfect. Dr.Nitasha was really great and I didn’t feel that I was attending a retreat on zoom she was there all the time observing and with us every step of the retreat.
So glad I get to know her such an amazing person.
