Welcome to iYogaa (https://iyogaa.org). By using our website and purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Digital Content

  • Access: Membership access (Gold, Silver, etc.) is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
  • Duration: Access to digital workshops and recorded content is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, online workshops and membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Retreat Bookings & Cancellations

  • Registration: A booking for a retreat (e.g., South African Wellness Retreat) is considered “Pending” until a deposit or full payment is received.
  • Cancellations by You: * Cancellations made 5 days before the retreat start date may receive nil refund.
    • No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or cancellations made less than 5 days before the start date.
  • Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that iYogaa must cancel a retreat, a full refund of the retreat fee will be provided. iYogaa is not responsible for external costs (e.g., flights, travel insurance).

3. Physical Activity & Liability Waiver

  • Health Warranty: By participating in any iYogaa session (online or in-person), you represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation.
  • Assumption of Risk: You understand that yoga and wellness activities involve physical movement. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
  • Liability: iYogaa and its instructors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of our workshops or retreats.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Prices are subject to change; however, prices for confirmed bookings will be honored.
  • In the event of a failed payment for a membership, access to protected content will be automatically suspended until the balance is cleared.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including videos, logos, and course materials, is the property of iYogaa and is protected by copyright laws. You may not record, redistribute, or sell any of our content without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
